Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking

You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as payment clears, and a WhatsApp message when the map is packed and picked up, carrying the courier name and the tracking number.

How it arrives

The map ships flat, in one rigid box, with every cut piece, the jigs, the compass, the mounting tape and the printed assembly guide inside.

Please check the box before you sign for it. If the outer box is crushed, torn, wet or opened, photograph it from all sides before you accept it. Keep the packing until any claim is settled. The details are on the returns and replacements page.

Installation

In Pune we will come and install the map for ₹1,000. Add it at checkout. Once your payment clears you will get a WhatsApp message to pick a slot. Everywhere else in India you fit the map yourself — the work is careful rather than difficult.
